After submitting your online booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your scheduled inspection — including the date, time, and location. This ensures everything is accurate and on track.
We understand that some clients like a personal touch. If you’d like a follow-up text or phone call before your appointment, just let us know during booking or contact us directly. We’re happy to confirm the details, answer any questions, or provide peace of mind before the inspection.
On the day of your appointment, your licensed ECR inspector will arrive on time and ready to conduct a thorough, top-to-bottom inspection of the property. We inspect everything from the foundation to the roof — and everything in between.
There’s no need to pay in advance. Payment is due at the time of your inspection. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience, and you’ll receive a receipt once the transaction is complete.
Following your inspection, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining our findings. We break down the results in a clear, easy-to-understand format so you can make confident decisions about your property.
